Dale Sedgwick, CEO

Our CEO, Dale Sedgwick is an accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience in building high-performing sales and marketing organizations, defining and executing strategy, and forging key relationships to drive growth and competitive positioning across multiple industries and verticals.  After retiring from Xerox Corporation Ms. Sedgwick assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer of Hope Initiatives CDC Inc.  She previously served as Vice President, Marketing and Communications within Xerox Business Services’ Commercial Business Group where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of marketing including strategy, messaging and content development, website copy, demand generation, and sales enablement.  She served for six years as vice president for the Financial Services Industry Business Team of Xerox Global Services.  Dale and her team worked directly with banking, securities and insurance clients to provide consulting and outsourcing services offered by XGS.  She was responsible for the sales and marketing of three key lines of business—office services, document outsourcing and communication services, and business-process services. She is a graduate of Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. She also has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Simon School at the University of Rochester, and Certification in Global Account Management from Columbia University in New York and St. Gallen University in Switzerland. A committed Christian, she has been an active member of Bethel Christian Fellowship in downtown Rochester, NY for more than twenty years.
